CapturePoint

On behalf of CapturePoint, CEO Tracy Evans submitted public comments to the Forest Service supporting proposals to change their rules to allow consideration of permit applications for deep underground pore space to be used for CO2 storage (RIN 0596-AD55). The rule changes will bring the Forest Service into alignment with the governing US law, Congressional and Administration intents, and other federal land-holding agencies.  The CapturePoint comments included extensive recommendations for effectively and responsibly evaluating permit applications once they can be accepted by the Forest Service.
